It’s December, and that means that Aspen Live, our snowiest conference (and of course one of our absolute favorites) is about to begin.
Taking place in the lovely Aspen, Colorado, Aspen Live strives to be the ideal venue for live entertainment industry executives to “expand and grow their Live Entertainment and/or Branded Live Entertainment businesses.” Attendees include “a cross section from the Live Entertainment space including: music, sports, family, events, venue management, tech/web, tv, radio, film, law, risk management/insurance, and more,” according to the Aspen Live website.
Activities include cocktails with Alex Hodges, CEO of Neiderlander Concerts and a Q&A with Harvard Business School Professor and Author of “Blockbusters: Hit Makers, Risk-takers and the Big Business of Entertainment”, Anita Elberse.
Seth Sheck (our founder and CEO) and Alma Sheck (his wife and Spokesperson for Access Pass & Design) are there this year (they’ve been in attendance for many years now). They’ll be representing Access Pass & Design and talking with many music, sports, and entertainment industry leaders about the evolving needs of live events, from enhanced security solutions and brand awareness campaigns, to tech-enabled live event platforms.
There are also less industry-oriented activities as well, like cooking classes, cocktail parties, and of course, skiing and / or snowboarding.
